Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. Full payment is due at the time of booking, which is refundable if canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.





What about last-minute repairs?

Repairs or anything added on the day of your service are not included in the cost you paid in advance and will be charged at check out.





Is there a warranty on my nails?

Yes, there is a two-week warranty on nail chips or peeling with gel polish! The warranty covers Apres Extensions, so if you have any issues with lifting nails, we can fix those up in the two weeks! Acrylic nail breaks are covered under a 1-week warranty.

* Nail breakages after one week on natural nails are subject to an additional charge.





I’m running late!

No worries! We have a 10-minute grace period, and $20 will be added to your total after 15 minutes.

Automatic cancellation and deposit forfeiture after 20 minutes if not checked in with our front desk.





Oops! I can’t make it!

Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of scheduled appointments.

 
 



What warranties do I have on my services?

We provide our nail clients with a 1-week warranty on all of our gel manicures with peeling or under-cured related nail issues.

We also provide a 2-week warranty on all soft gel and hard gel.

* Any repairs needed after the allotted warranty time window are subject to repair payment.



I need to reschedule a same-day appointment!

We understand that emergencies sometimes “pop up” on us! To ensure our nail techs are paid for the time they won’t be able to book another client in, we have to charge the card we have for you on file for the total amount of the service you’ve booked.



The service I received is not on par with my expectations.

Please let us know before checking out. Otherwise, service fees will not be adjusted if you leave before speaking with management.



My nails are NOT bare.

We ask that you arrive 30+ minutes before your appointment to begin the soaking process. The time can be longer depending on what you’re soaking off, so always include what you have on your nails when booking.





I want to switch the type of appointment I booked.

Please call or text to ensure this change can be made ahead of time, for we can’t always accommodate every service in the amount of time you may be booked for.





How much is nail art typically?

Custom art has a starting price that can change depending on its details. To avoid confusion, we ask that you send art in advance to get a price before your appointment.
