Booking FAQ’s
Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes. 50% of your service total is due at the time of booking, which is refundable if canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
What about last-minute repairs? Repairs or anything added on the day of your service are not included in the cost you paid in advance! You’ll be charged the remaining balance at the end of your service.
Is there a warranty on my nails? Yes, there is a one-week warranty on nail chips or peeling with gel polish! If you break a nail (without a gel builder application included in the original service), the repair is subject to a repair charge. Please note the Weekly Special Gel Manicure is not included in the one-week warranty.
The warranty covers Apres Extensions, so if you have any issues with lifting nails, we can fix those ten (10 days or less after initial application date). Acrylic nail breaks are covered under a one-week warranty.
I’m running 15 minutes late! No worries! There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After the 10-minute grace period, there is a $20 surcharge for arrivals after scheduled appointments—automatic cancellation and deposit forfeiture after 20 minutes.
Oops! I can’t make it! Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged the total amount of the scheduled appointment.
I need to reschedule on the same day as my appointment! We understand that emergencies sometimes just “pop up” on us! In order to ensure our nail techs are paid for the time they won’t be able to book another client in, we have to charge the card we have for you on file for the total amount of the service you’ve booked for.
The service I received is not on par with my expectations. Please let us know before checking out. Otherwise, service fee’s will not be adjusted if you leave before speaking with management.
My nails are NOT bare. We ask that you arrive 30+ mins prior to your appointment time to begin the soaking process. Depending on what you’re soaking off the time can be longer so always be sure to include what you have on your nails currently when booking.
I want to switch the type of appointment I booked. Please call or text to ensure this change can be made ahead of time for we can’t always accommodate every service in the amount of time you may be booked for.
How much is nail art? Custom art has a starting price and can change depending on how detailed it is. We ask that you send art in advance to get a price before your appointment to avoid any confusion.
